a property investment agent and a soliciotr collaborate In order to force the purchase of a falsely overvalued property by using an unsuspecting first time buyer applicant who was unaware of the false valuation, after some inquiries the buyer found there was uncertainty about the true value of the property the first time buyer does not go ahead with signing the mortgage deed or the TR1 form for the land register.
The acting solicitor falsley signs the applicants signature in the Mortgage deed and the tr1 form to complete the purchase and obtain the loan,
the property is valued to obtain an inflated loan of £200,000 for a property that was truly purchased for a discount price of £137.350 from a full value of £153,500
the solicitors managed to keep this information from the applicant until he was informed by the managing agents of the property the true price paid (137.350) and the first time buyer was being taken for a ride
the first time buyer is then told that the contract is bindin in his name so it is a requirement to pay the mortgage or face prosecution, and is offered 4 monthly payments by the selling agent if he will take another property. the first time applicant accepts the second purchase out of fear.
the matter is reported to the legal services complaints and law society about the matter but they simply close the case despite of expert witness evidence froma graphologist, in other words sweeped the matter under the carpet with out explanation.
a solicotor will not prosecute another solicitor so seeking legal advice is pointless.
questionPLEASE STATE HOW THE VICTIM CAN PROCEED IN THE CIVIL COURT TO MAKE A CLAIM ? include : calculated maximum total claim figure
the specific law applied
etc

THIS NOT NOT A CIVIL CASE BUT A CRIMINAL OFFENCE THAT NEEDS TO BE REPORTED TO THE POLICE FOR FURTHER INVESTIGATION AND PROSECUTION, WITH ALL EVIDENCE PROVIDED.
